2023 saw our team geared up for business recovery in the
post-COVID world. We are grateful to have had the
opportunity to custom-make models of 3 Nyonya Delights
for the first time – Laksa, Curry Chicken and Chilli Crab.
Time and effort were required to overcome technical
hurdles and to achieve the best results. Models of other
Singapore Food were also produced for local Museum,
Educational Institutions and Hospitals. We are proud
to have fulfilled our customers' expectations.

Our team started 2022 with a sense of optimism. Having adapted
and embraced the "new normal" amidst the global pandemic,
we crafted business strategies to increase customer satisfaction
and to manage client budgets more effectively. During the next
few months, the optimism was overtaken by the surge in global
uncertainty due to war in Ukraine and inflation. As we grappled
with the challenges ahead, we did not lose sight of our mission
to provide high-quality workmanship and service.
Looking back at 2022, our team is very grateful to have custom-made
models of Local and Overseas Cuisines for the F&B sector and for
private collection. Models include Singapore-Style Stir-Fry "Zi Char"
Dishes, Japanese Ramen and Mala Boneless Chicken Feet.
We also provided models of Singapore Delights to Diet & Nutrition /
Education / Events sectors. A BIG thank you to all our customers
and friends for their business and support.
In the new year, one of the goals is to attract and retain customers
from Singapore and beyond. We will continue to adapt, improve

the Singapore Philatelic Museum, in connection with the
“Abode Of Peace And The Lion City: A Brunei-Singapore Exhibition”.
Plastic Models of two Bruneian Traditional Dishes, Ambuyat
and Tempoyak, were custom-made. And for the first time,
we custom-made Crispy Fried Noodles “Sheng Mian” and
achieved successfully the required colour and texture.

In 2016, we have worked closely with more customers who
required fully customised plastic food models. The models
were produced according to customers' requirements on
food sizes, shapes, colours, textures and cooking methods.
On a few occasions, raw food items were purchased and cooked
in our little kitchen, before silicone moulds were produced for
model replication. We are proud to have overcome successfully the
technical hurdles and fulfilled the expectations of our customers.

In late 2010, our company completed and delivered a series of
custom-made Bubble Tea Plastic Models to Gong Cha Singapore.
The models are currently displayed at Gong Cha's kiosk in
Raffles City Shopping Mall Basement One.
Back then, we assured the client that we would use only
high-quality non-toxic PVC plastic, paints and lacquer. The materials
used would last for at least 3 years without significant deformation
and discolouration, if kept indoors. During our routine check last week
(we would do so yearly), all the models at the kiosk are still
in good condition, with no obvious deformation and discolouration.
Kudos to Gong Cha Singapore for looking after the models well.
We are proud to have fulfilled our promise to the client.

2015 has been a fruitful year for us. We are proud
to have produced a couple of fully-customised
Plastic Models of Singapore and Western Cuisines.
At times we had to challenge ourselves to cross
technical barriers to meet customers' expectations.
Whether it was producing a full Popiah-Making
Demonstration Set, or installing two cooked Mud
Crabs with Gravy onto an Iron Wok, we had
challenged ourselves to do a good job. The efforts
are worthwhile and we appreciate our customers'
confidence in us.

Communication in Singapore Polytechnic. The interview was for a

Local Food Heritage and Healthy Diet & Nutrition, plus to serve
as 3D Menus at various eateries and to reduce food wastage.
